Why Vote YES

Limiting Government Waste

In NJ, we currently waste at least $143 million in state funds every year to legally process minor marijuana charges. Voting YES means freeing up those funds to invest in services we really need.

Job
Creation

COVID-19 has hit our economy hard, leaving thousands of New Jerseyans unemployed. Voting YES means building a whole new industry with thousands of jobs.

Proven Economic Boost in other States

Over the past four years, legal cannabis in 11 states has put $130 billion into the U.S. economy. Voting YES means NJ gets our chance at benefiting from this industry that has proven to be safe and lucrative.

Tax
Revenue

The new legal marijuana industry will bring hundreds of millions of dollars in tax revenue to our local and state governments. Voting YES means we get much-needed revenue to invest in our communities.
